DEFINE OBJECTIVES

Discovery Phase

Understanding the target audience, market needs, and the competitive landscape through surveys and research.

RESEARCH

Surveys and Interview

Due to the time constraints, we were only able to send out surveys to 60+ potential users and interviewed stakeholders to align with the business goal and user expectation

Key Findings

  • Users preferred apps that allows them to make a payment and transfer money locally and globally

RESEARCH

Competitor Analysis

We have also analyzed similar apps to identify strengths, weaknesses, unique selling point and opportunities for improvement.

WIREFRAMES

Ideating App Structure

Started with low-fidelity sketches to brainstorm and iterate quickly on different layout ideas and then move to mid fidelity to outline user flows.

TESTING

Prototype and Testing

We have conducted usability testing sessions with 8 users to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

Multiple rounds led to multiple iteration and refinement.

DESIGN SYSTEM

Establish Design System

I crafted the design system for the app to to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the app development process. This involved creating a comprehensive set of design guidelines, including color palettes, typography, iconography, and reusable UI components.
